Apetor just out of interest how do you into such cold water. Do you prepare urself or is it just natural. I would love to know any tips. If you see this that would be great. (I swim in a river near my house but only on warm days I am unable to do on cold days and I would greatly accept tips that will make it easier for me to go in on cold days)
