We ordered the i3S+ recently. My wife kept saying "a new model is going to come out soon". Like, Murphy's law, a new model comes out as soon as you buy the old model. Anyway, she found this video on April 4 and was very annoyed until she realized it was a joke.

I was like "wait, why would we want to use printed belt gears???" and "that looks pretty much like the wade extruder without the improvements" when I realized when the video was released. I recently upgraded some bits of a classic i3 and I was about to scream why would you use such a bad design again. Bamboozled.

NO JOKING HERE AT ALL This is not a joke now, but actually only to the shame of prusa. The super pinda has not been available to order for months.YES MONTHS although very big as announced by prusa ... but you can't order ... people then don't tell us any excuses about covid19. that no longer works! Then YOU has to find Manufacturer that can produce in larger quantities. another disappointment 👎👎👎👎👎👎

@Prusa 3D by Josef Prusa I dont want a replacement. I will order an SuperPinda... for my Mini and my Mk2.5S.... But i can't.... is for month's not... Oh yes, i can set an Email notification.... but thats all. So Guys, Gets going. and finally doing serious business... If I have to serve a larger market, I have to calculate in advance what material I will need. and then commission more to manufacture these parts

Good one. Shame I had to return my prusa because the support couldn't help me. The hotend was clogging ever 5mm of filament. Only if there was a cheaper printer that could print with the same quality, but actually worked.

My daily driver pickup has rollup windows, pull-up knob door locks, side mirrors that you have to physically touch, with your hands, just to adjust them. This downgrade is exactly what I need to complete my life 👍🏼.

I still have a pile of 3mm ABS and a Mendel Air2 I have to put back together! Creating openScad fan shrouds so that the Air2 (aka laser cut Prusa i2) can accept an e3dv6 hot end was a PAIN!!!
