Since i live abroad for long now i prefer to add some hoisin sause straith into the broth when i make them because that my friend tip. Make the broth more beefy to me but i never done that while i live in the south knowing north side put hoisin in wwhen they eat it. I used to like light flavor. But making this at home is still hard for a Vietnamese girl and viet people always tell the truth so you can trust your friend haha. Hey guys, I know that Shin Ramyun Black is really popular with everyone. May I suggest Jin Ramyun? It is very similar (I like it better) and like a third of the price. I always hear about Ramyun Black but no one ever mentions my Jin Ramyun! It has wonderfully chewy noodles. The package says 4 or 5 minutes but only boil it for 3!

My grandmother always made dulce de liche by taking cans of condensed milk, putting them in a heavy bottomed pot. Covering them with water and bring it to a rolling boil and let boil for four hours. Adding more water as needed. Let them completely cool and then open. 💥 bam. Dulce de Liche. Or, granny’s caramel as we call it. Lol Ps. Fun fact if you don’t let them cool before opening the cans will explode. It will be a mess and you will be finding caramel in every corner of your kitchen forever. It’s easier to just move instead of clean it. Also you will burn yourself. So be cool and let them cool.

Great video Joshua. I don't wanna go that far with the knives and the sharpening of the knives. But all in all great to learn theses things. Anyway, I was actually looking for videos that shows the best Chef's knife or knives to own. I'm not a chef but there are times when I wanna cook for myself a nice T-bone steak or chicken. I just have a basic knife or a which I use to cut poultry or steaks and or vegetables. I struggle at times to cut these items, and it's because the lack of good sharpened knives in my kitchen. I'd like to purchase a really good chef's kitchen knife or a slicing knife where i can be able to cut easily and not with such struggle. I don't wanna spend an arm & leg on a chef's knife. I just want one that cuts nice. Any recommendations is appreciated. Maybe in the future when I start making more money I can go all out on a great kitchen knife set and find a place near me that sharpens my knives for me with stones.
